The InfraRed port can be, and is used by many, to connect to printers, cell
phones, and InfraRed ports on laptops and PC's for the purpose of establishing
an ActiveSync connection.

The infrared port isn't really used for anything so it will be a great
feature to use the port.

Mike:

Yes it could be done because the BN family still has an infrared port.

Subject: [Braillenote] remote control program

Hey all,
I know the PAC Mate has a progrm which allows it to control VCRS TVS,
and other devices with remote controls. Would it be possible to make a
program like this for the BN? If it isn't on the list of suggesttions
yet, could it be added?
Thanks a lot
