Hi Stacey:
If you are writing in Computer Braille, you would just press your
shift key. You actually write the normal way, by pressing shift,
as you would when you write in any other type of document.

Hi Stacey:
If you are writing in grade Two, and you want to write an E-mail
address, it never hurts to write out, such as rwg 1953 at
consolidated dot net
If you are in the middle of a document, and need to write
computer Braille, press Ctrl G, then C to switch to computer
Braille for a minute. Then, to go back to grade two, press Ctrl
G, then the number two.

Hi Rhonda,
Thanks. Do I set the Braille grade to computer Braille? If I'm
writing an email address that has capital letters, howdo I do
that?

Hi Stacey:
You still have to do a shift 2 for the "at" sign.
