I think I can give a better explanation to you. When a BT user
switches to Computer Braille, they are required to do a Backspace
J to get to Computer Braille. They then spell out what they
want, for instance, they would use the U-chord then a dot 4 to do
the at sign. Then, when they want to switch back to grade two,
they do a Backspace B. In your case, you would do a Ctrl G, then
a letter Q to switch to Computer Braille. You would write normal
letters, not Braille letters. Then, to switch back to grade two,
you would do a Ctrl G, and the number 2. Hope this makes more
sense.
