Hi again;
What did you mean by ofg? I am guessing you are trying to say they are not
very wide. I do not want a data base because I am talking about only one
record. I want the imfo in the address book. Guess I could put the second
number about the accounting office in notes and just not identify the first
since it is the office.
That should work.
Thanks.
Terry Powers

Hi Terry:
  Spaces won't put you in a new field, but Enters will. However,
if you're looking at writing it in a phone field, those fields
aren't very ofg. If I were going to do something like this, I
would create a Keybase file. You can make any field name you
want. I don't know whether or not you are familiar with setting
those up, but when you create a Keybase file, you'll be asked
what you want to call "field one", and so on, for as many fields
as you want. That may be the solution.
