Beverly, I think I can help you here. 1. Get your battery below 80 percent. 2 From main menu go to options with alt o. 3. Hit i for support. 4 Hit r for recalibrate and it takes about 18 hours. 5 Always have the BN on wall adapter when you recalibrate the battery. 6 Set your volume for 32 and put some earphones in. 7 again, it takes about 18 hours and at that time or perhaps earlier you will see a message that says completed or done.
