Robert, Kevin and List,
Unless I'm mistaken, there has been a problem downloading from BOokshare for
some time. It is one of the things Ks7.1 is supposed to fix.

I have a braillenote bt 32 running keysoft 7.
I think it might be your unit. Like the other person said, try clearing
your cookies, and you might want to try a reset with 4-5-6.

Dear BrailleNote Listservs,
Earlier today, I was trying to access www.bookshare.orgwith no
avail. I was able to access the main website, but when I tried
access the "log in" link, I received the message "cannot find
server." I am think that this is a issue with the BrailleNote
side, rather than BookShare; the reason I feel this is a
BrailleNote issue is because I also tried doing the same
procedures on my desktop and laptop, which both worked
flawlessly. I have successfully used BookShare in the past with
no problems using the BrailleNote, so I am not sure what the real
issue is. So, if anyone else out there, who has a BookShare
account would like to check this out, I invite you to.
I hope someone is able to come back with a logical response to
this issue.
Note, I am using a BrailleNote mPower 32, running KeySoft 7.0.
