Hello Lindsay, while there have been exceptions through the BrailleNote's
history, as a rule, any major version number change will count as an SMA
release. For example, KeySoft 7.0 to 7.01 is not chargeable because it is
a minor version increment and a maintenance release. KeySoft 7.0 to 7.2 is
a whole number change, is a major release, and is chargeable.
Incidentally, the next English release is 7.2 because 7.1 is for the
French BrailleNote.

Thanks, Joseph. Why is it that, even though it is an SMA release, it still

begins with the number 7? How exactly does the numbering system work in
regards to versions of Keysoft?
