Hello Lindsay, while there have been exceptions through the BrailleNote's history, as a rule, any major version number change will count as an SMA release. For example, KeySoft 7.0 to 7.01 is not chargeable because it is a minor version increment and a maintenance release. KeySoft 7.0 to 7.2 is a whole number change, is a major release, and is chargeable. Incidentally, the next English release is 7.2 because 7.1 is for the French BrailleNote.
