I think HW refuses to make text or Braille tutorial for the deaf-bline. I also think HW keeps to think MP3 is enough. There are no way for us, the deaf-blind learns except the User Guide. It is not fair for the hearing blind can learn quickly from MP3.
Now I ask, will HW pays the interpreters for me as they will tell me what MP3 says??? Maybe I will make my requirement. State Services for the Bline of St. Paul Minnesota will NOT provide me at the Helen Keller National Center in New York for the training. Please help us, the deaf-blind people who could learn how to use BN quickly. NOTE: We do not have one who know BN in my local because they support PacMate. I have been work so hard with my PK for 1 1/2 years. What a waste!!!
