Sherry.
The best way I think to do this is
1. From within your Address List choose a fields which you don't use.
2. For each contact you want to be in the group put a common word in
the not used field, for example friend.
3. Now when creating a new message from within the to field press
backspace+L to go to the address list.
4. Now navigate to the common field
5. Press Enter.

You will be told how many records you have selected and asked if you want to
send to all recipients, press Y.
Now proceed through the message creation process in the usual way.

There are lots of other ways you can do this which transpired from a thread
relating to this topic on the list a few months ago, however for me this is
the simplest a fastest way of creating the distribution list concept.
Have a good trip and hope this works for you.

Subject: [Braillenote] creating an email group

Hi all,

I'm getting ready to leave on vacation in two days, and I have a group of
friends in my address book who want to have email updates as I can. I have
some important things happening on the trip. on my PC, in my outlook
contacts, I have what is called a distribution list, which is a list of
people I call "update friends" and when I want to send out these email
updates, I just type, update friends into the BCC field, and I don't have to
enter all the names or email addresses each time.

Is there a way to do this on the mPower? Right now, my braille display is
doing one of its intermittent disappearing acts, so it's a little hard to
read the manual and try to follow step by step directions. but if someone
could email me the directions to do this, if it's possible, I can read on
the PC and follow the directions on the mPower.

thanks.

sherry
