Hi. One thing I have found is that sd cards don't seem to drain the Mpower
like leaving in a flash card does. If I am correct, you might want to
consider using an sd card instead of a flash card.
Sam's club has a 1gb sd card for $44.

It's a PCMCIA card slot. You can buy an adapter and insert the CF card into
the adapter and then insert the whole thing into the MP. So, you can use
both the back slot and the side slot for CF cards.

Subject: [Braillenote] Question about compactflash cards

: Hi,
:
: I have an SD card but decided I'd get a compactflash card also
: since I found them at a good price. This is for the MPOWER BT.
: I always assumed the compactflash cards went in the slot with the
: velcro closure, along the right side. Next to the infrared port.
: Upon getting it today I began to put it in that slot, and if I
: had lost hold of it, it would have gone on into the inner
: workings of the machine. So then I tried putting it where I
: normally put my wireless card, and it worked. So what is that
: slot on the side for? Or are there more than one size of
: compactflash cards and maybe I got a smaller one?
:
: Pam
