yeah, that was one thing I thought of, just need to know if she had an
MPower or not. as for backups, just use the backup program built in to the
braillenote itself. it is very good.

Check your my memos folder and see if there are any memos in it. I've
heard of people filling up their drive by inadvertently pressing the memo
record button.

First of all, I want to thank all of you who assisted me with the battery
recalibration. Robert, you were right. I recalibrated again it took 21
hours, but the gauge is now correct. Thanks. Now on to the next thing. I
want to back up some files using active sync, like the address book, and
my planner because it seems that my disk is full and I haven't the
slightest clew as to why. Has anyone ever had this problem? Anyway, I
don't have any other data on here I have deleted all of my personal
files, and when I tried to read my email It says "access denyed", so I am
having some real problems here. Will somebody, anybody, help me? I don't
want to have to send the unit back because I rely too much on it. I am
thanking you in advance for any help that you can give me.
Beverly
