Dear BrailleNote Listserv, Earlier I was messing with the email folder located at Flash Disk, KeyMail, email folders. And, I managed to delete it, but at that point after it was gone, I remembered that I was able to reset my unit and have the database recreate itself. So, I did a simple reset, with no keys held down, hoping to open KeyMail and have my database restored, it didn't work. The next thing I tried was a 456 reset, that didn't work. Then I went to a service reset, and I am still missing the email folder. Has anyone else encountered this particular problem? If you have can you please provide a resolution or suggestion to this problem. I need my email back as soon as possible, for many purposes. Thank you for your suggestions. Kevin
