Robert, I have Cingular, but it might work the same way with TMobile. What do you have in the phone number field in the BN? I have *99#
The phone seems to be happier with this string, rather than the Earthlink access number I had been using previously. Also, Cingular requires you to have a data plan, so there's one more thing for you to look into.
