Donna makes a good point regarding backlog. In March, I suspect
there was a lot going on at Humanware with working on KS7.0, and
BN Transplants, etc.
I live on the West Coast, and so, distance is not as far as
Rochestr. What I know for sure is that the folks in the
Service and Repair Dpt. try to have the units on the way badk to
us by the end of 5 business days follwong arrival in Califoria.
Shipping from Rochester, I would think 3 weeks would do it,
unless you are paying for fast shipping by FedEx!
