Hi Rita;
Put your machine on a desk or table with the thumb keys closest to you.
Pick up the case and find the 2 large holes with the thin piece of leather
dividing them.
This side goes in frunt of the thumb keys and there should be a long strip of
velcro underneith.
Place the machine in the case so the thumb keys stick out through the 2 holes.
Go to the back of the machine and you will find a snap at each back corner.
Snap it tightly.
It can be hard to aline and get them to snap. I think they are not securely
snapped is why your machine is falling out.
This will form a casing over the back of the machine.
The top of the case will come over the machine and connect to the velcro at the
base of the machine.

Subject: [Braillenote] bn case

Hello all
I had a scary thing happenh today. I took my braille note in the world for the
first time. I had barely stepped out the door when it fell out of the case. I
put it back as best as I could. I was at the bank when it fell out again. A
lady helped me put it back in the case. She said it looked like the case was
bent so the bn didn't fit in there as it should.
I had to open the top of the case to plug the charger in. Is the case covered
under the warranty? Should the bn be able to be charged without opening the
case?
Thanks lots for your help.
Rita and Camille Weyler
