I'm writing to see if anyone using a VoiceNote Classic is having
trouble downloading books from Web Braille.
I was able to download books fine until after the first day after
the Web Braille site was up and running again, after the brief
time that the site was down.
The first day, I was able to get through the agreement form and
download material.
Ever since then, I do fine until I get to the agreement form,
click on a link to download the volume. It used to be that the
whole volume would open, and I could save it. Now, it acts like
it wants to download the volume and then, it just hangs there and
then, my only way out, is to do a reset.
I am running KeySoft 7.
Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
My work-around for now, is that I can download the books using a
computer.
Downloading and reading Web Braille books used to be one of my
favorite features with this machine.
Of course, I am the one that has the VoiceNote that refuses to
allow itself to have access to the history material, so, maybe
the problem is related to that but, I think probably not, since I
was able to download books before, when the history items were
not working.
I'm wondering if the history problem is related to KS 7 and if
there will be a fix in the patch, when it becomes available.
