The Blindness Technical Support Analyst will hold a varied and important 
role in HumanWare providing world class support to customers.  Working 
closely with subsidiary companies and the R&D team you will provide 
technical solutions and support for our blindness customers worldwide. 

As well as being Braille literate, you will have outstanding people and 
communication skills, an affinity with technology and an analytical 
approach to problem solving.  Previous experience in a Customer Service or 
Technical Support role is desirable.
