Chuck, Well, first off, what version of KeySoft are you running? If you are running KeySoft 6.2, then this is a known issue with that particular version of KeySoft, if you are running KeySoft 7.0, you shouldn't see this message. A way to work-around this and still get a percentage reading is to do the follow, from ow main menu, press space with o (Read with o) for the options menu; space with i (read with i) for the support information mode; then the letter p for a percentage reading. I hope this help's you. The battery is not critical. The battery gauge needs recalibrating and is not accurate enough to give a percentage reading." I have done a manual recalibration but this did not seem to resolve this problem. If the AC adapter is plugged in I get the same message except it says "AC adapter on ..." Does anyone have any ideas or previous experiences with this message and how to resolve it so I can get the percentage again. I have reviewed the manual and it mentions to let the battery go down to critical and then recharge. I haven't done this yet as I assumed the manual recalibration would do this. >___ >To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to >[EMAIL PROTECTED] >To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit >http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
