Well, I'm guessing that you don't have any CF cards in the unit when you try the resets and the c1 and c4? Also, have you tried these with the unit plugged in with the AC adapter? I did try a reset with the record button and c3 and c4 on my working PK, and it didn't do anything, either. Hi Rhonda, Thanks, but nothing happens when I do that. I don't even hear the buz noise for the reset. I held them down for a fairly long time. Any other suggestions?
