[Braillenote] Web Braille Once Again

Hi, Ann.  Would you mind sending your secret success steps to the 
list? I know I have a Bt m-power, but I can no longer download a 
complete volume any more.  Joseph, we all appreciate your help, 
and you mean well, but I know Rhnnda's correct, in that the 
memory on the unit has nothing to do with this problem.  I'm not 
a computer techie like yourself, but I've never had this problem 
with Web Braille.  I don't want to have to get Web Br on my 
computer, and to me that's a cop-out.  As all who use Web Braille 
know, before when we entered on the I accept button, the volume 
or whatever came right up, and we could save it to our folder.  
What the heck's going on here? I'm losing my patience with this!
