OK, Rose. If you want to try copying over settings from one to another and
it's appropriate for you to do that then come back and I'll give you a bit
more help if you need it that is.

Actually, I do have two Braille Notes, so. I will try a few other
suggestions, then see if I can get the 18-cell to connect but, I don't
know
how soon I will get to it, lots going on here including work.

Rose,
I recognise that I also had problems with my husband's BN when we put the
WEP key in and it came down to a corrupt database file.
I was able to copying a file over from my BN PK to my husband's mPower but
you presumably can't do it that way, unless you have two machines.
Therefore I would endorse the advice of another on list that you do delete
that connection totally and make it up again.

Yes, and it appears my router is currently not recognizing the Braille
note,
although it worked before we putting this security. It is a puzzle, one
I
cannot spend a whole lot of time on at this point.

The WEP key is to control access to your wireless router.
If you don't have a WEP key requirement, anyone within range of your
router,
around 300 feet in all directions, including straight up and down, can
connect to your wireless network and do whatever they jolly well like!
The WEP key only lets computers or BrailleNotes with the correct key onto
your network.
