Dear Robert,

There are two "I accept" buttons. The first one is "I accept for PC
users" and the second one is "I accept for notetaker users." Be sure you
click the second button, not the first one.

BTW, all the information is in braille as well as speech.

Hello,
I am a bt user, and I went to the web braille site, after
entering my information, I went to the magagazine site, tried to
download a copy of the may pc world, and it gave me the
disclaimer of accepting or not accepting the copyright, and I
chose yes, then it gave me the message downloading, but it never
downloaded.
So, I was unsuccessful.
