I have found and I think other might agree that when we put the
bn back to main menu before turning the unit off it decreases the
number of times a reset needs to be done. I have had my bn for 4
months now I guess and I have only ever had to do a simple reset.
It does just hang sometimes when I am on the web but I think that
might have to do with some of the pages I go to. When the
braille not locks up it is simmilar to a computer freezing which
can happen too. I wouldn't worry if it is only a few times a
week. May be keep track of what your doing and when it freezes
you might be able to minimize the locking up.
