The first time I tried it I did not know it had a I accepq for
notetakers, and it didn't work, but Terri said to click on the
link for notetakers, and when I went back and saw that, I did
that and it worked fine.

Did you use the I accept for notetakers button or just the I
accept button?
Being in Canada I cannot use Web Braille but apparently it now
has an I accept button for notetakers.
