Mary, if you mean that you were writing emails and writing too
fast for the
PK, I know a number of us have experienced this and have just had
to turn
off speech whilst writing. Frustrating - Yes!

Subject: [Braillenote] Pk loosing speech at an alarming rate:

Hi folks!
Just resubscribed after spending 3 and a half weeks at my
Cincinnati
residence. While there, I was using the pk and I was loosing
speech at a
positively alarming rate. I am running ks 7 and it seemed that
every other
sentence I had to stop and do a reset.
I decided quite early on to put the machine in Speech on request
which was
a good workaround but have any of you pk users run into this?
It isn't quite as bad as if it were a voicenote but Man oh man!
It got
rather old rather quickly.
