I get the same message. It seems to happen when I try to open a
document with textboxes or tables. Also, when this happens, the BrailleNote
freezes. Could HW possibly please work on something to get out of that
dialogue so we do not have to reset?

I'm getting a "This is not a Recognized Microsoft Word Document"
and I've been getting them frequently. Fortunately I've backed
up my documents but this time I didn't and I'm missing three
