[Braillenote] text section size?

Hi list!  I have a question regarding something I saw within the 
internet options menu.  The option I saw is called text section 
size, and I was wondering if someone on the list would please 
explain what this is about?  I did space with the letter h and I 
think I might have an idea of what this is about, but I thought I 
had better ask those that know far more than I do.  Any help will 
be greatly appreciated.  Isaih
