Hi fellow BrailleNoters, I'm just about out the door to begin my busy month of conventions and conferences, but I wanted to give you an update on KeySoft 7.01 as I had expressed a hope I could get this to you by the end of the week.
We have one more test to complete which requires a couple more days as it relates to some changes we've made to battery management. Assuming all goes as we expect, then we should be able to release early in the coming week. In that case, we'll have KeySoft 7.01 at the Conventions for those who need assistance with the install, and it will be downloadable. This update will be free to all 7.0 users. You will not need to perform a product key install if you are already running 7, so the process will be straightforward. Thanks for your patience, I would far rather get you a release that is fully verified than rush it out. Looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible at NFB, ACB and Sight Village.
