If you have followed the procedure in the user guide for KeySoft 3.7 to free up as much space as possible and still can't create a file, then I guess you need to speak with Humanware The support. I'm not sure if they would entertain transplanting your Braille display into an Mpower or what it would cost, you would have to discuss those details with Humanware.
