I know this really doesn't help much; however, using my BNPK running KeySoft
7.0, I'm not having any trouble logging in and viewing the page. So, I'm
thinking there is not a problem with the site itself, and I don't know if
the version of KeySoft makes any difference in this case.

I have a suggestion. Have you tried other sites that may have mastercard
payments? It just might be that site that's freezing, and not anything else,
but it could be a bug in the Braille Note itself.
