Hi Phil,

   you can just quit Support Info mode.  It sounds like the mPower has 
decided that it's still in a battery cycle, which it does when there's a 
file on the Flash Disk called "Battery cycle in progess".  You should find 
that pressing SPACE with E will automatically removes the file, and then 
next time you restart it won't go into support information mode.

   Since the charging hardware is fairly autonomous, it will charge 
whether KeySoft is in the battery cycle mode or not.  There's a chip 
inside that watches the battery voltage, state of charge, and so on, and 
that decides whether to charge the battery or not.  The Support 
Information mode recalibration options basically just take it through a 
cycle by forcing it to discharge and then recharge, but in normal use this 
will happen anyway.
