I have had the same problem with the magazine and books. I can't
seem to download them but once in a while I can get one. They
had a questionnaire about 2 months ago and I mentioned this.
Obviously they haven't fixed the problem. Not sure if this is
much help though.

Hi Everyone,
Okay does anyone use their Braillenote to download Syndicated
Columnists Weekly from National Braille Press? I can get logged
into the site successfully. When I try downloading issues the
Braillenote says please wait and sits there. The only wan to get
the BN to function is to remove the Etheernet card and reset the
unit. My BN runs KS 6.11 it is a classic. These are simple
Braille files from what I understand. The tech person at NBP is
on vacation so I'm not sure who to ask for help. I do receive
the publication through email, but I thought it would be nice to
read it online as a backup option. Obviously child will not be
an option if the BN does not work with this particular Web site.
Any suggestions? Thanks for your time and your help.
