I did that, I know it is the correct file, I have two of the same, one on a
SD card and one on the computer, and I have tried everything but no go.

With ks 7.0, you don't need a boot.
The problem here, I think, is that hw is asking you to follow the
instructions for 7.0 instead of creating a new instruction file for 7.01.
I downloaded 7.01 from the hw site on our pc, then used the card to install
it on my bn mPower.
Be sure that you get the correct download, that is, for the mPower if you
have that unit, or the clasic if you have it.
I didn't need a boot, because I already had 7.0.
The only other reason I can think of for your problem, is that somehow, your
particular sd card has gone bad.
I followed the instructions except about the boot, and downloaded everything
fine.
