You can download braille music files from Web braille. There are several hundred on that site.

BrailleNote does support Braille music files, but, depending on the type of file, you may sometimes have to change the "Low Line" sign from a capital "for" sign to dots 4-5-6, depending on the type of file you import.

I imagine that the Library of Congress will have some electronic Braille music files. Perhaps if you specified the type of music you are looking for, we could offer you more specific help.
