two but they both have been to Concord for the transplants in the past eight
months, not anxious to try to get them sent off and then returned through
slightly uncooperative UPS people so soon.  I think every time I send
something off and get it back UPS with the attendant hassles I dislike UPS
even more.
They just don't want to cooperate with my schedule at all and it seems if
they do decide to deliver on the day I can be here, they wait until long
after business hours to do so I sit here waiting and waiting.

I can tell you that I had extreme problems with the 7.0 upgrade.  The
problems were so great that I had to send my unit to Concord to be upgraded.
While it was at the shop, the unit received a modification.  Your unit might
be in the same boat.  My unit was gone for about three or four weeks.  At
