I also upgraded successfully with a 512 meg card. I plan to upgrade my husband's machine later today and I hope things go as well as they did the first time.

has handled the upgrades properly thus far.  Have no idea why your 2 cards

In case because it was under a different topic, you missed it, I finally had
success with the upgrades.

The two SD cards I used were 500 MB cards, both of them I had reformatted
but the upgrade would not work.  When I reformatted the smaller card I got
from HW and put the nk.bin file on it both units upgraded without a problem.


Verdict, use a small SD card, definitely smaller than 500 MB to do the
upgrade!
