Cathleen,
Why not load all the books you want before unpacking them?
After you download a book from Bookshare, don't unpack it first,
but store it somewhere to unpack later.
After you download the book, then you can go back to the list of
books directly.
If you unpack the book, you will probably end up in a different
place on your machine; the book reader I would guess, and you'd
have to hit whatever shortcut would get you back to the internet
and into Bookshare.
The way I do it, and by the way, I have a bt and don't know the
qt commands is, 1 go online and to Bookshare.
2 if I'm going to log in rather than just peak at the list I
want, hit l until I get to the login site.
3 after login in, hit whatever letter will take me to the list I
want.
4 download the books I want by pressing enter on the link; I
store all my zipped books in a folder on an sd card called
"Bookshare holding", but you can store them whereever you want.
When the machine says "Download of --- complete", I wait until my
unit says "Bookshare book information, but I am one who had the
download file problem and now have 7.1 which may be doing
something a little different with my unit. Anyway, when you know
it's complete, then go back and go to the next book you want to
download or exit and unpack your book.
You shouldn't be getting the password thing unless you are
logging in or when you are unpacking a book.
Hth

what am I missing?
Hello Ann and List,
I have M-Power qt.
After a book is downloaded and I enter my Password for
Bookkshare, my display reads
"Delete original unpacked book?"
When I enter "y" the nxt reading is:
Book is clled "stoneypoint.brf."
If you say you can go back, without doing a "read + left arrow,"
is that where it goes back to the Information Page?
(I know if you enter ,it will brin gup the books.)
