Lisa:

I doubt considering the amount of work that they have done to make there
products more accessible that they are continuing to worry about that
service. Since all of the screen reader companies work with them maybe
they just don't realize that there are still non mainstream solutions
out there.

Subject: [Braillenote] pdf files my experience

Hello Everyone,
It has been my experience that when converting PDF files to text files
sometimes the email address requires the file to be sent several times.
Why this is I don't know. Be prepared to send the file at least five
times before it is converted. It will be returned to you several times
before the file is converted. That's my experience. I guess PDF needs
a hint to actually do some work. So be prepared to spend unnecessary
time to convert PDF files but be happy the option is available. Good
luck. Oh and Adobe gives no reason why the files are being returned
except that they are undeliverable even though the email address was
written correctly. It likes to insert the word access into the email
address when the files are returned. Just another weird mystery in
cyberspace. Good luck!

Lisa
