You need to replace \Windows\startup.wav with your new sound. If you want
it to stay after hard resets, put a copy in \Flash Disk\Windows (call it
startup.wav). You'll need to make sure this has a more recent datestamp
than the startup.wav we provide, or it won't get copied over it...
