Hi Rhonda,
That is for copying an e-mail.
What Paul was looking at was copying the record from the directory of
services. I am assuming to try and move the same E-mail account to
another BrailleNote.
If you go to Keymail, hit s for setup and d for "directory of e-mail
accounts, then l for lookup. Pick an account and hit chord+b you
will likely find the same problem.

Hi Richard and list:
Whenever I do dots 2-6 chord, like I would when I reply, if I go
on down to copy a record, and press Enter, it asks me which
folder. It has to be a folder that's in the KeyList section, but
it let's me do it.

accountslookup function.
I get the same error. For Humanware Staff:
The error reads:
exception: command: 398 at 2107. access violation reading
268435456
The copy record command is chord+b, which brings up the block
commands menu. The only item there is copy record to clipboard,
which apparently doesn't work.
Perhaps Humanware Staff can explain?
