Hi,
It does the same thing on a PK.
It would appear to be a Keysoft issue, not specific to any one model.

oh sorry, let me clarify. go to the users guide in the usual
way. pick a topic then press enter on the topic you want to
read. now do a backspace with enter with r then exit the review
voice setting. it will bring you back to the section you are
reading. do a speech command or braille display command and you'll
find that the display is blank.
