I do not know how to write but I am trying

Recently, I went to the Best Buy in the geek dept. They tried my Sony
laptopn connect to my PK but no success. Then they tested other devices to
my Sony and PK. Both were good work. We can not understand why my Sony and
my PK are not work.

So I will go back next Tuesday after they might find the problem.

I wonder if anyone of you know wh... they are not friendly devices?

Serial is fine. USB is fine. Bluetooth is NOT, why? Are we miss something?

Please tell me how could I find COMxx on PK?
