Hello,
The steps you want to take in backing up the folder you wish are
the following.
1. from the main menu, press u then b and b again.
2. you can either back up the entire flash disk or just the
e-mail folder.
3. if you wish to back up just the keymail folder, press enter
on the flash disk, then space down until you hear keymail folder.
4. space down once, then press space with x or read with x,
5. then press enter and it will ask you which folder to back up
to, on which drive.
You should be good from here.
You might also want to back up your keylist folder, since it does
have some files in it in regards to the keymail folder.

Hi Everyone,
First I want to thank everyone who has been kind enough to offer
advice about the DSL connection and the WIFI connection. I've
been saving the messages in the folder titled My Email. How do I
back up this folder to my compact flash card? When I back up
files on the flash card I move the files it's easier than backing
up everything on the unit. I was thinking that with KS 6.11 this
could be done. I don't see anything specific in the user's guide
for this. I guess I could take the time and paste the info from
the emails into the appopriate files which would be okay just
take awhile.
