Hi,
Try pressing dots 4, 5, 6, along with the reset button. For example:
1. Hold down dots 4-5-6 and press the reset button.
2. After the beep, keep holding dots 4-5-6, until you hear speech, then let
go. This reset re-initializes the memory. I do not have a Braille Note yet,
but that's what I've read in the brilliant manual that I downloaded from
humanware.com.

held down, but when I do this I get the same message. Has anyone ever had
