Hi Joseph;
This is an old request I found while cleaning up. Since you have the
same unit as I do, but I am now on windows xp and Jaws 6.0, could you
please help me.

It is easy to forget when you do not use something frequently.
Thanks

Joseph;
can you write me directly and give me the steps for open book, after you
scan a item how do you save it and then erase it. I am using Jaws 5.0.
Thanks. I have forgotten how to do this. I was shown long ago. If I
could get this under my belt I could put it to use again.

This is Joseph. If you want, you can save a word
document from Word itself. Just simply choose text
document from the file type combo box. If you have
Openbook of Kurzweil, you can open the Word document
from either programs and save it as a .txt or .brf
files. Good Luck.
By the way, I'm using Openbook 6.0.
