Hello Sandi:
I assume you are using a classic. Make sure you install your
product key. If it is not on the card, you will need to go on
the internet to get it. You will want to install it on your card
with your upgrade. To find out if you have it already, from Main
Menu, press F, D. Make sure you are in the compact flash drive.
The folder you will look in is "none". At the "list of files"
prompt, press Space with X. If you only see the dot bin file,
you'll need to download your product key. Hope this helps some.
After you get your Product key, if you're not sure how to install
it, write back, and we'll be glad to help you further.
