Hi Sharonda and Rusty:

first thing to do is turn off your BrailleNote and plug it into
the ac adapter.

Let it charge for a bit then turn it on and see if all is well.

If it isn't, try read and the space bar to take it out of
hibernation.

If that doesn't work, try a regular reset by depressing the reset
button for about 10 seconds then release it.

If no go, work your way through the various resets, e.g. a 123
reset, 456 reset and finally an Engineer's reset with the reset
and record buttons pressed simultaneously.

Hopefully one of the resets, ideally the plain old reset button
kind will bring your unit back to life.
