Richard, if you have filled out what you want, you can press F D 
S to go to the top of the file.  You will see something like 
"entry list for address list".  Then, as you arrow down, you 
would see the fields you have selected.  However, once you have 
pressed escape, you cannot see it, unless you go back in.  Are we 
on the same page, (grin), or am I missing your question totally?
