Thank you so much for everyone's patience. Rhonda sent me the file, and I
put it on the flash card. Then I changed its extension from exe to bks.
Then I ran the file through the book reader and it worked! The BN said
something about the zone settings have changed after it was run by the
utilities menu. I tested it with the AFTERB Web site and it is allowing
me into the parts of the online courses it refused to allow me to enter a
couple days ago. Thank you for everyone's persistance in getting this
problem resolved. Have a wonderful weekend.
