Ottawa Canada Dear Estin: As I recall, the BrailleNote User Guide doesn't explain hw to clean the display. First, try exercising the display by going into Support Information mode and pressing X. That may dislodge the little particle of dirt that is keeping the pin up. As I have not personally cleaned my display, I'll see if someone who has cleaned their display will answer your question. the Braille Display is an expensive thing and I'd hate to give you wrong information that might damage it.
